I am exhausted!!

As stated in my previous entry, I went and saw HBP last night...this morning at 12:05. It ended around 3:00, I was home by 3:30, and asleep by 3:30:01.

First off--the line.

They must've been fan made, because no one knew where to go (three theatres were showing the movie within minutes of each other), so my mom and I (~deceasedwolf1 got a concussion and couldn't come with us--but I'm seeing it with her this weekend) started at the middle, and ended up towards the end of the line because of all that confusion.

But, we were standing behind this gay couple (nicest guys ever), and one of them had never read the books, and they were talking about how Dumbledore was gay.

Guy 1 (never read the books: So, like, where did the fact that he was gay come in?
Guy 2: Well, if you had read the books, you kind of get that idea.
Guy 1: Well, fine. Okay, I need to ask--does Dumbledore have a lovah?!

No, really, he said it like that. I loved it.

So, I'm trying not to laugh (because I'm punchy by this point), when my mom leans over and whispers, "Well, the poster does say 'dark secrets revealed!'"

I start laughing hysterically, garnering some weird looks. It was awesome.

Then, this guy a bit in front of us was wearing this shirt that had a piece of paper taped on that read, "SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE!!" I walked up to him and said, "You're my hero!" And I got a hug!! XD SPOILEREND!!

Now, my review:

I enjoyed it a lot.

The book was SO much better, but I liked it.

THough, improvements could have been made:

More Bill/Fleur
More of the Voldemort memories

and, really, my main problem:

MOAR ROMANTICAL STUFF BETWEEN HERMIONE/RON AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, HARRY/GINNY!!!

I mean, there was a bunch of cutsey stuff between the first couple, but, really, not nearly enough of the second. What was worse was that they built it up until the kiss, and then, after that, they really just forgot about it.

But, the Ron and Lavender stuff was brilliant. ^_^ And the slug club.

And, of course, Luna was amazing, as always.

Snape was spectacular!!! It was probably just my Alan Rickman fangirlishness, but he was awesome. "Oh, how wonderful it must be to be the Chosen One!" Ha, he had some awesome lines...

What else...??

I'm a little exhausted, so it might be a bit hard to remember stuff...

My mom almost jumped into the seat in front of her when that Inferi's hand latched onto Harry's hand...it was hilarious.

And, was it just me, or did Tom Riddle look like Lil' Hitler?

Also, the entire movie, Draco was really kind of emo-ing it up a bit. I mean, in every scene, he was lurking in the background. It was really cool, and, for once, I thought that Draco looked hawt. He can pull off the emo.

Finally (I swear!), I kept laughing throughout the film. Not because it was badly done or anything, but because I kept matching up scenes from the movie to A Very Potter Musical.

Like, in the climax scene, when Dumbledore was talking to Draco, I kept imagining him shouting, "I want Hermione Granger--andarocketship!!"

I felt so bad for everyone else in the theater...

Well, overall, you should all go see it, because it was fun. ^_^ But, the book is a lot better, and you should read that.

Now, excuse me, but I'm going to go into a coma now.
